Hm, Ls, remember the solo warrior we attacked in uppland here the other day? I didn't land one shot on him. I was shooting at his back and side. My buffs didn't help much there.. That his grey con buffer was killed didn't help either.

Atleast you did some damage to him.

My arrows probably land and does damage overall about as often as your DD's aren't resisted.

Archers are pretty crap in grps... (not completly useless but pretty duff)

but with a good buffbot and a bit of imagination (ie stay well away from milegates) you can find nice places to hunt and take people off guard....

With heavy MP bow and top buffs you can really pump out the damage.

The best one is to spam an emote at your target... the real dumb ones stop and spam laugh or wave... then you can crit them...

you would be suprised how many albs fall for that one.

The real problems are PBT and SH.. everyone knows this now... They might be some tweak so archer have more luck in grps with PBT (will only be minor tweak if any)
SH wont change.

you'd be suprised what they fall for these days :l

/y so they face your direction for an easy PA

and let them stick to you onto of milegates...then jump off (as an assasin) and they loose 50% from fall dmg

I was walking around in Odin's, and a random Shadowblade gestures that hes going to slit my throat. Now aware of his presence, I use True Sight, and promtly spank him.

w/e, he still does well against assasins.

buffed assasins.

im saying as 'gimped' as scouts are, some still manage to do exceptionally well. People always blame the class.

Exceptionally well? Compared to what? Their basic expectations?

The Scout needs high RR to be worth anything. Even versus a low RR SB.

Aye, Friar's Pwns SB's ... LMFAO!!! I even saw a friar taking 2 hit's while sitting, when he got up he had like ½ life, then he pwned the SB!!

The thing is when being a friar, to look as much as a caster as possible... When Im going to BG1 with my Friar Im gonna take of my helm

(which is the only thing that is differ from caster/friar)
