I did a 3dmark 2001 test today (first one ever) and got 2400 in 1152*864.
Is this average for my set-up??

Athlon tbird 850@950
Abit kt7 raid
512 pc133 sdram
GF2 mx400

BTW, the demo's they run in 3dmark are very pretty, arnt't they.?

Dont know m8. But my rig gives a score of 6214. Which I was under the impression was fairly average

Ive just been and checked and guru of 3d have tested loads of gf2 mx400s, and my score appears to be on the average side.

Quicksolv, unless your running a different card, I think you must have used a different version of 3dmark m8.

yeah, the gf2's will get such low scores due to their small frame buffers and lack of pixel/vertex shaders
