He's off the pace a bit I think, and the fact he's on bad form. It doesn't seem as though he is part of Chelsea's plans for this season and looks on his way out to me.

Rooney is very wasteful and 1 vs 1 I always favour the keeper, that said from outside the box he can be deadly. Prefer him shooting from 20 yards then 6 yards :p

Rooney's untiring movement andf runs make alot of space for Rony to break into. I'm no Man U fan but I honestly think Rooney is the key to alot of what they accomplish up front.

I was wondering. What is up with shevchenko? Is he just not playing or is he injured? and what about the whole season.. did he play at all?

I still have alot of faith in him :)

Under Grants selections he doesn't fit the bill as a lone striker. Shame really as he looked to be hitting some sort of form in the run up to the Villa game where he came off injured.

I'd guess he'll go back to Milan in the summer at a huge loss, shame he never really got going but i don't think it was the managers choice to bring him in the summer before last.

Rooney is great at what he does, I was just looking at the ability to score goals which is where he lacks currently. When it comes to the easier chances he seems to blow most of them. But as a link up man, space creator and pure workhorse he is second to none.

Its a shame Blackburn couldn't hold on for the win. Man Utd have a huge goal difference advantage so even if Chelsea win Man Utd still have to slip up elsewhere.

I'm a Blackburn fan, TBH I couldn't give a toss about Chelsea, I'm just happy that our boys actually put in that extra effort like you saw in our first few games of the season. Even when we were looking good over Christmas, we weren't trying as hard as we did then. I hope Sparky can keep that going.

For the record: I'd rather see a northern team win than that London gloryhunters' club (no real fans: who lives in Chelsea?!), so I want Man Utd to win the league (again).

Fucking bollocks. I am a Manc born and bred, 100% of my family are United fans as are 80% of my friends. That is just bullshit propaganda you are speading because you live down south so how many Mancs do you actually meet? Not fucking many. Come to Manchester, have a walk around and see how deluded your comments are.

Just cos OT is filed with tourists most the time dont mean that the Manc's around the area all flock to City.

If you live in the South of England everybody from Manchester does appear to be a City supporter.

If you meet someone who is a Man City fan, you assume its because they are from Manchester or have Manchester links.
If you meet someone who is a Man Utd fan, you assume they are an arm chair/glory hunter fan because thats whats is most common. Unless they have an extremely strong Manchester accent you have little chance of knowing if they are genuinely from Manchester. This is where the myth comes from.

Old Trafford has a capacity of around 70 000 which is filled every week. Not all those fans come from London so there is more than enough evidence to say that there are alot of Utd fans living in Manchester.

Interesting stuff, considering that Arsenal are from Woolwich. More lies eminating from London.
