I did actually land PA on him, but got stunned before the next hit. He claims I should have ran behind him for cd, which is a valid point if I had intentions of landing PA. But on mincers I never do, I rather wait for frosty gaze stun,
since you always evade mincers alot. Frosty gaze stun is a second longer,
and if you time it good, you can stop him from using IP. I never cd enemies
that could have ip/fh etc. Sko just have a big mouth, pay no attention to him, he sucks..
