no, savage evade is not capped at 50%... as no classes are, except for assassins.. guess they didnt figure that someone would get near cap =) but last night for eg, a savage evades 9/10 of my slams.. theres something wrong with that.

BoL is not a waste of points if you're pac specced which means your healing capacity is absolutely crap, many of the better healers in Midgard chose this one or MoC. This is why Albion fails so often in FG vs FG battles, because you fail to think of whats good for the survivability of the grp and instead focus on RAs that makes the player good. I bet you don't see the difference
I don't have BoL myself and I haven't decided if I shall get that or other heal improving RAs but I wouldn't roll it out like you do.

bol is a waste of RA points - but i guess if ur a healer that likes to afk a lot it could be ok. pac healers should spec 44/31 anyway, since instant ae stun just serves to give stun immunity nowadays.

NO, i accept it as "shit happens" and move on. You only notice the times you slam a savage and they evade. You dont notice when it works. So it might feel like they evade 90%, but I assure you they wont.
Get a savage to meet you with a healer, you bring bard and hero and let the testing commence. until then, stop spewing random numbers with no backing cept the "one time at bandcamp".

I do believe 44/30/8 is more common than 44/31/4 since you get no speed spell whatsoever if you get 31 in mend and 44 in pac. It's not an option for me since i'm addicted to mana though
I like my PoM too much, it gives me more mana to stun, mezz etc and to rezz quicker than most. I'm not the sort that goes afk alot, but my spec 48/24 does not give me a very good healing capacity and hence it's a viable option to get BoL+Mastery of the Arcane (whichs effects the healing pool).

Savages have the best all round defence of any tank in the game.
Savages domroe damage over time than any other tank in the game.
They will be nerfed, Mythic just has to add more pointless underwater PvE zones first. So it wont happen anytime soon.

im not saying take me words as gospel, im saying in my experience savages evade above 50% of my slams for SURE. i dont give a shit whether you believe me or not, you have one millionth of an idea of how shit it is playing vs a savage in rvr.

well happens that i evade 6 times in a row, but next fight 1 attempt to slam and i am stunned.
that does not mean that my evade rate is 100% and then 0%, you have to take a biger picture to tell the real percentage of swings savages evade.
im almost sure that the 50% cap works for savages like it works for all other classes. will see if i can take some time for tests tho
