depends really, you can either go to zerg zone orfg rvr zone, thats the beauty with it. Avalon has its part of high rr zerglings aswell no doubt, but its almost like they dont exist with the arranged fg rvr zones

Wonder what ra setup he's got? WP5, MoM5, aug dex & int 3 pretty much use up everything at rr11 iirc...can get aug dex & int lvl 4 now, for 8 times the work! ofc things change abit if talking about a toon with alot of actives..
