1) You forget how things work. If you make the point then it is your responsbility to back it up with evidence, otherwise you look like a complete idiot. You don't just go around saying things and then providing no revidence at all - that is not the way the world works. I chose not to believe your statement, so whether you provide evidence or not is very relevent.
2) I've played US, where the standard was terrible. I've played Dyvet, which has apparently a higher standard than US. I've played Avalon and from my vast experience on both servers Avalon is a much higher standard than Dyvet. Work it out for yourself. On Avalon you got 3-5 guild groups running every night - with about 6+ people in each group. Dyvet and US are amateur in comparison and no nostalgic thoughts of Dyvet will ever prove that wrong.

@Sean - I actually study Physics, so your metaphour was quite useless considering I know more about it than you - and yes, I am prepared to make that assumption based on how much I know you.

i brought up a point of a healer havign a title before you, i don't care if you believe me or not, you do not decide how this world works out. so i don't care if you believe my statement or not, i was just merely stating it so that you could calm down a bit - aswell as of your statement, you said you were the first player in europe. to get that title, so why bother making such a big deal out of it, if a person on the US servers has it? - and as for your saying, remember, there's loads of clusters on the US servers, & i doubt you tried them all, + according to you, the skill level was highest on Dyvet of all the servers you played on - and i played on dyvet aswell (as you know, unless your selfarrogance has eaten you up too much allready) & i can easily say that the skill level is pretty much the same, + i played on avalon aswell for a short while (1500 kills or so, not much, 1 week approx on BM) and it was pretty much the same. only difference is the amount of roglords and zergs -.-

The advantage US has over EU is that because patches are ahead they had the /title way before us.

And I don't care what you think. I know what is a higher standard. I have 70k+ kills collectively over the two servers so I think I am best placed to comment.

....just because they had it before, doesn't mean that it takes them less time to get the title. it's not like 1 kill counts as 2 on the US servers, numbnut, that statement was as pointless as anything can get.

and as i stated before, you don't know jack shit unless you play every server, every day, clueless was formed in one day, so was LC and most likely fallout aswell, which was the best guilds on Dyvet. players come and go, every day in the battlegrounds, so you could never ever be able to compare the levels of skill on either.. +, tbh. there's more skill in 50 rvr than Thid still ;)

and, aswell, just to add it. i've played on dyvet, & "glamorgan" as it's called now, before all the servers were clustered, aswell as all the clusters on US (in thid) so i think i am the best placed to comment on this.

I played on Avalon even before it was clustered with Lyonesse too :).

just because you have 70k kills overall doesn't mean you know jack shit of what's going on on all the other servers, hence i put the statement ;) you archeived something in thid, a nice title indeed. nothing towards that, but just because you played longer, doesn't make you wiser or higher ranked than me at all really, as for experience, we all know what it takes to bring down enemies, and when it comes to playing Bonedancer, i was better than you in the long run, we both know that. & when it comes to eldritch as you got your title on, well, idk, but i have loads of experience on casters (decent RR spiritmaster + theurg on US, acc sold now tho -.-) i know how to play classes so it's not on that point you can say your a better player than me or anyone else for that matter - point being, you being in a battleground zone doesn't make you the smartest nor the best, what-so-ever. and as stated before its a game now let's just all go back to doing something else but brag about our archeivements in an MMORPG game and do something about ourselves, mmkay? ;)

You just don't get it Aleven. The reason why we used to get on really well is because we understood eachother but now I don't feel you understand me at all. This saddens me because you of all people should know my philosophies.

Firstly, I think I am quite well placed in knowing which server is harder. The more kills you have = the more time you spend in Thidranki = the more experience you have. That is a fact and skill does not come into the equation. I am not claiming to be 'wiser' than you, I am merely stating the fact that I played a substantial amount of time on both Dyvet and Glamorgan and I feel, based on my experiences, that Glamorgan is a higher standard of competition. I could spend hours debating this but I will just say that Glamorgan had more guild groups with greater numbers and that made it very, very difficult to compete at the top level.

Perhaps you were better than me at Bonedancer, but I always got the impression that we were, atleast during the time where we could play together, a team. For me, whoever was the better Bondancer was merely down to banter because I considered it irrelevent who was the better player. I havn't said I am a better player than you.

no, but nobody should claim to be "the best" and as for you, yes, your right, maybe the standards are higher on glamorgan than the US servers, but as i stated merely before, servers change every day, maybe tomorrow the standards are higher on a US cluster than on glamorgan, due to new players entering/leaving :) now if you mean based on the amount of time a certain amount of guilds has been in a battleground maybe glamorgan could be the best due to most guild groups for a longer period. but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's like that now, or tomorrow, or next week. get my point?
