Yup getting it aswell, well, firefox keeps wanting to download Index.php anyway.

its happening again to me (also on firefox) had a similar problem on tescos when i was doing my shopping, in the end i just started up Iexplorer and used that.

To throw a spanner in the works, those guys might still have had a problem but mine has been working perfectly.
