I am not twisting anything. Either you are for murder or against it. Killing someone on an electrical chair because he is supposed to be a murder is murder and it happened enough times.

There is no such things like a 100% certainty in my opinion, that's why I dislike the biblic "eye for an eye". Let the man be in prison til the end of his days. It's easy to cry "whack him, he murdered" but it is impossible to make sure in every case that it was the case.
