zzz turns out I have an interview on wed morning (9am and 3hrs drive so yay for getting up at 5). Its gonna run past lunchtime but I dont know when ill finish and thus when ill be home.

If im not around at the right time replace me, dont wait.

I call it an elitist "You have to be exactly the most optimum class/spec ONLY and everyone unlucky enough to play a class which isnt pefectly suited to kill the dragon can bugger off and go elsewhere" raid.

Reminds me of Men in Black recruitment scene somehow.
