revan is probably my favourite (kotor main character, expanded universe important character) basically due to how fucking badass he is in the canon - after being mindwashed he becomes a bastion of good, and even as he totally owns malak with his power of cool offers him redemption. thats how a badass lightside jedi should be. plus his dark lord of the sith costume is pretty awesome as well.
or exar kun for the power of cool is strong with him as well.
