Anyway, back to quotes....

Alex Fergusion has done some of the best buys ever, also some of the worst buys ever.
Over the last few years hes blew alot of money tho-

Saha
Veron (at least he duped chelsea into buying him :p)
Kleberson
Ronaldo
Barthez
Blanc
Demba-Demba
Forlan
Only the future will see if Wayne rooney is added to this list :)

It would be funny to compaire Chelsea spending over the last 10 years to Manchester united..and also there income

ronaldo's class

and you forgot popborsky (sp), rooney, and bellion.

in his defence in recent years he signed van nistlerooy, ferdinand, heinze and smith who's proved hes a red even though hes a yorkshire puddin

Hehe he signed popborsky because he scored that Lob at Euro 96 (was a good goal tho) Bellion doesn't seem that bad...only problem is van nistlerooy/Rooney and Smith are also in the team.
Ferdinand was a Quality signing, heinze looks pretty good too. Got a few Quality players coming through the Youth team too (Wes brown and Spector)

As for old trafford being a shite stadium, well, i can only think you were smoking a bit of crack when you posted that. Can you name me a better stadium in england? No, of course you cant.

Blackburn Rovers statuim ( Ewood park) has woon the best ground award every year it's been in the premership,, so i'd say it's better , not that i support them or anything

?? there is no premier league award for best ground. Old trafford is much better than ewood park.

Old trafford is not a nice ground to go to imo. Its big weakness for me is trying to get out of the car park after the game all you can do it hope for a early kick off so you can listen to another game on the way out ;) But i suppose highbury would be the same if i did not know where to park to get away quick.

And also when something happens and you try to find the big screen that isnt there to see a replay :)

its like any ground. Do your homework before hand and you know where to park to get out quickly :D Or even still, have a pint and wait for the traffic to clear. Eh Nakk? :p

Funny enough, i was going to say the same thing about the you guys!

"Fav quotes" does not mean "Football rant"

You can open up another thread and talk about this stuff elsewhere you know, it's not that difficult. If you'd like, i'd happily open one for you for football debate, it's not reocket science (much like football). So if you'd like (with the mods help) we can move the football crap into it's own little area, where everyone else doesn't have to read through it. That ok with you?

Pity they never get anyone going...even for a Carling Cup semi-final.

And yes I'm still bitter that a team with a fan base that barely fills 2 buses knocked out a side that even though they were as good as out still filled a 42k seater stadium for the return leg. :m00:

ok i will.

I always thought united were hated for the same reason liverpool were back in the 70's. Jealousy of the success.
The seasons in recent times we lost to arsenal, fergie always came out and said congratulations to team and manager and that they had been the better team. Hardly what you'd call arrogant. I somehow doubt mourinho fuckhead would be so forthcoming if chelsea threw the premiership away.

And how any neutral can stand round wanking off over chelsea and their manager is beyond me. Throw that much money at city and even they'd be a top 3 team

Fergie congratulating Arsenal: That would be after slagging em off all season in the press of course.

The way you sound off against a man you know sod all about is quite pathetic. unfotunately all too typical of footy fans whose obsession blinds reality somewhat. Do you really hate him that much? You don't even know the man!

Some of the stuff Fergie comes out with makes me laugh, same goes for Arson but do I hate em, no. Just laugh, life's too bloody short to get bitter and twisted about a game like football.
