Didn't we discuss this already? As I recall, as a business owner you have the right to refuse a guest/customer, but what you can't do, is give a reason why. Strange, but makes sense if you think about it. The whole "but its their home" bit is irrelevant; if its being used as a business, its a business first and a home second, end of story.

They're so noisy you can't talk, the music is shit, the drinks are massively expensive and the taxi home costs a fortune.
