You can see a lot of William H Macy in Martin Freeman's character. Molly is excellent. She's bound to get plenty of work after Fargo.

Only up to Ep 3 but loving it so far, very quirky. Bit slow for the misses she keeps falling asleep.

It was. Goddamn good ending. They could have ended it just a few minutes sooner though.

Very enjoyable. They should leave it there. No need for Season 2. But look forward to more Coen Brothers TV shows.

The new Star Wars movie. Its going to suck isn't it?

I thought it was just going to be a short mini series of the 10 episodes.
Didn't think there would be more.

Very good it was too! very compelling!

Just spent 3 days with my wife's parents and god only knows how my father in law puts up with his wife. 50th anniversary next week and the poor sod deserves a medal. I've decided to buy him the Blu Ray of the Fargo Series and a hammer for Christmas!

Really looking forward to this, and just realised my post before Tom's was over a year ago

Can you enjoy the series without having seen the movie?
I've seen teasers running for it on FX and it seems cool.

Yes you can. there are a few nods to the movie in the first series, but it doesn't spoil it.

You should try to watch the original though, just because its a great film

I'd really recommend watching the old movie, Fargo, again. Imo much better after watching the series, and vice versa.

Interesting you say that. Was wondering if this was the case after watching the TV series. Not watched the movie for about 15 years.
