You could one-shot and remain stealthed I remember chasing Creep with my gimpadin back in 1,36 - got him 1/10 maybe funny how people whined on how uber skalds & minstrels were back then, when assasins could one-shot people remaining stealthed.

I cant judge this Niar though, just wanted to bring back some old memories Im sure he was a great player, regardless in what patch.

edit: btw, if Niar would still played now it would be either of these alternatives (imo)

* No matter how "skilled" he may have been, soloing he would've been pwnd by the other stealthzergs/groups/whatever with buffs (yes, all realms does it, and it sux, but thats not the point here, so don't bother replying).

* Getting buffbot and soloing and doing some reasonable ownage - but then getting flamed to hell and back for using buffs.

* Playing unbuffed but grouped - but then getting flamed to hell and back for shadow-zerging with his "infil buttbuddies" (take a look how people in general adress the highest RR infils on Prydwen, without concern for their achievements).

* Playing buffed and grouped - but then getting flamed to hell and back for beeing a buffbotted zergwhore etc etc.

IMO Niar couldn't have chosen a better time to quit. Nowadays there's noone who has respect like the Niar once did anymore - why? Cause instead of granting people credit for their achievements, you go on IRC, /GU and BW and whine like little bitches. Yes I do it to. But its the truth.

I didn't say you zerg Fadeh, it's just near impossible to get a fg vs fg fight with you because you always have some fanbois tagging along, whether you want them there or not they're nearly always there with you, shame really because the times we've found you 8 vs 8 the fights are always so close they can go either way but when your fanbois join in then yes, you beat us.

i've met rambo solo once.

unfortunatly i was with a pac healer and rambo had just killed a savage, so we killed him.

anyway, it doesn't really matter if rambo teams, its a good tactic for a infil to use, why shouldn't he team with mincers and other infils and basically make it impossable for the other person to win.

if mid had a steathing mezzer, i bet you anything that wew would do the same

Agree with you pretty much - but look how much shit Albs give Hib when they do the same as them, 3 long whine threads after only about 3/4 days of ~1fg stealthers. So much double standards from them

Odin's used to be the 'soloer' zone (a bit longer ago it was the unbuffed-soloer-zone) for stealthers.
Most of the none-stealthers used to run around with 1FG usually atmost.

With a stealther group there, it's just another zone you don't need to bother with if you're after some solo RvR.

I just realised that now your rr10 you can have +20 to skills, have you respeced? I can imagine with a good SC suit and 2.5 spec points (no whine intended) you could have a pretty mean template, because afaik bringing Envenom and Stealth higher than 50 does nothing?

something like (im pretty sure theres better but)

Stealth 30 (+20 = 50)
Envenom 30 (+20 = 50)
Critical Strike 50 (+20 = 70)
Thrust 50 (+20 = 70)
Dual Wield 21 (+20 = 41)

Maybe im wrong about stealth over 50 having no effect, no idea tbh just i think i heard it somewhere, that template would be bloody nasty!

Melachi, afaik, Rambo respecced when he got his respec stones at rr9, then he respecced to the spec he wanted at rr10. Now he's rr10 \o/
