Haggus: I doubt if he tried to scam anyone, when people put lots of potions on CM sometimes they click wrong stuff, but when they check it later, they correct it, and if the stuff actually sells, they can give the money back. If they put it to CM pre crash, and since that they play another game, that is still no scam, but prevents fixing the price or giving back the money.

What you did is scam attempt, and abuse. If you buy items at people for wrong price, you are supposed to try to ask them (or their guildies) about fixing the problem before accusing them publicly. You ignored this, lied, tried to scam for 20p, who is the abusive scammer here? You. And you did it against someone who left the game, and can't defend here, imho it would be nice if you would say sorry for it in an equally public way.
