I didnt mean that a stable swing speed and having malice in offhand cancle each other out

It seems we are both completely missing eachothers points here by asking eachother same questions and giving the same answers in every post

As far as my haste and quickness on scout goes, I've always gotten the impression that my defensive rates goes up the faster I swing, and those factors mentioned affect that. I think this is especially noticable on assassins with their gruesome Ev7.
