Well coz everytime we go on a relicraid (with our uber classes ^^ lol)
we have some problems:

1. Spies
2. How the fuck can we defend em if our power relic is like at your portal keeps?
and when we get str relics mids just 5am it away.
3. Why should we ? NF coming soon
4. Because if we have str relics, mid is like 10% active in rvr of when they do have the relics...and that really sucks my balls since emain totaly empty then :s
5. I got 3 shiny relics on prydwen though.
Like everyday a relicraid on prydwen between hibs and albs

albs take hib relic
hib take relic back
albs take hib relic
Hib take relic back
Albs allmost took hib relic
Albs take hib relic.
Hib take relic back and wtfprawn Dagda now with shrooms

no because either the server will crash or you smite clerics wont be able to heal all the 2h pallies (j/k) the number difference simpley isnt big enough on excal for albs to have that much of an advantage in NF, think the last figures i saw was only something like a 15% difference, not a great deal considering, if hibs decide to zerg in NF they will sweep through the alb zerg like butter, everyone knows it.

Hanz, it wasn't, shall we say the bestest organised raid, 3 things wrong were :

a) telling emain CG. (that would explain the FG at the Relic keep)
b) not making people go on anon, because people said in IRC there wer 170 albs in emain. (I question if this is against CoC ?)
c) Albs were disorganised at killing guards.

Other than that, its great to see someone who only been playing for 4 months, try to raid relics.

I didnt mean to offend any hibs by dieing at the relic keep. It was a fun event, that I sat into motion after we took Ailinne. I checked to see how many alb wanted to go with me, and we went down to Dagda. Do we have to provoked by telling how we failed. Is it really in our nature to critisize others, just because you had the upper hand. I not gonna jump on that train.

Instead I wanna say that it was admirable to see so many hibs late at night defending their relic keep. You gave us hell, and wanted to give it back, but lacked the focus and perhaps a few rams and more keeps

But in the end I believe many albs had fun from the dayli roaming, and enjoyed to explore hib abit more. I just wanted to say thx for fighting against us, your worty oppponents, you make us wanna be better at what we do, since you already do it so well. I hope there will be as many hibs defeding next time aswell, cause else I dont think we deserve the relic.

Amazing, isn't it, some people's short memories? So just for you, Raven, a reminder: the reason that you lot did your alarm clock raid back in January was because you couldn't take the relics primetime, despite three goes at it. Apparently because of spies/population/haxx/insert_excuse_here. When in fact, of course, the reason was simple: without Ardamels (who can do these things well) none of the muppets who "lead" things in Mid had the ability to plan a prime time raid.

So don't come here with all that "Albs can't take relics" crap.

and with sos aswell its quite easy to grab and run with a relic

why dont you just keep the faith in your oldwhines, or actually go see for yourself. Take the time it takes to go fromhousing to your power-relic-keep on casterspeed.
But ofc, its much easier to just keep repeating the same old record then it is to try for yourself.

Fyi i wasnt thinking about right now, i was thinking of the relic situation since January.
And since Albion has the advantage of RR i wondered why mid/hib has been able to hang on to the relics.
And reading trough these thread speaks for it self.

the str relic's has ping ponged between albs and mids allways ending with mids taking it some lame hour...

the power relic's didnt mean that much in the melee ara for albs and mids...

i even remember when on the OOOLLDD alb GM board's we didnt want to take the hib power relic's becuase there was never hibs in emain ... hib was really really underpopulatet at that time... dunno if the board still exit's somewhere still .. but how odd it can sound now it was still the case...

then later the general hate against the mid morning raids made the str relic's the goal just to anoy... even at the time DH came up and farmed the albs the generel feeling was to keep on figthing the mids becuase they never did a primetime raid...

ofcuase with toa and the arrival of darkageofcastalot the power relic's became much more desirable but with the delivery and loose of the power relic så fast it became obvious that it wasnt defendable for albs....

migth be a lot to grasp for ppl with 1 pow..... but thats why and when about the power relic's for albs...
