Family Guy!

In a sign of the growing importance of DVD sales to Hollywood, 20th Century Fox is considering a plan to resume production of Family Guy, a sometimes crude animated comedy that the Fox network took off the air more than 18 months ago.

As many as 35 new episodes could return in January 2005, marking the first time that a canceled series has been revived based on strong DVD demand and ratings in syndication.

WHICH. MEANS. YAY!

yeah :/
whilst the new ones do have their moments, they are having to come up with stranger and stranger story lines...
such as marge accidently getting breast implanets :/

I wonder why they discontinued it and kept simpsons running.

Futurama is far better than the simpsons, i mean most of us have probabaly seen all the episodes now and its just the same old trash now.

Futurama = Geeks dream on the whole and unfunny at that

Simpsons = Funny and appeals to everyone

That is the best news I have heard all week. Family Guy is easily the funniest show on TV and kinda highlights how boring and derivative Simpsons humour is, for me anyway.

He was quite annoying sometimes, but generally one of the funniest. Peter is my favourite <oh my god the lights just went out for about 5 seconds> I think, he's just got the funniest voice, the funniest attitude, the funniest lines... the 2 older kids are kind of superfluous in my opinion, they don't really add that much to the show.
