I dont think there is any chance that LA and CF alliance will be re-emerged tbh. because of 2 things.
1. The current leaders of CF alliance, are not the right leaders for the biggest alliance in hib. They have shown bad judgement and cannot handle things as some of the old leaders of the alliance did. There is a lack of respect for the leaders and that is probably why things ended up the way it did. I can show numerous screenshots of how the leader(s) handle things, but i dont want this to be a name-and-shame thread. I am actually quite glad you made this thread Domain.
2. New frontiers - As mentioned earlier by Brack i think, there is no need for the " /as fg mids at crauch" anymore, simply because of the /warmap, this was one of the great sides of CF alliance back in OF - secondly, the alliance would be great for ML announcements, but that is where people use this forum. That pretty much leaves the current CF alliance with no real use tbh.
The alliance would need to be reworked into a alliance where ppl could eg. ask for grps/grp members - buy/sell items, ask for help to do artis etc. - but i dont see that as an option for CF alliance. Mainly because the alliance would be too big, remember doing /gc who alliance back when A-R were still in the alliance and got like 60-70 members off peak time.
I wouldn't mind having a meeting between the alliances, but i doubt it would end up in a merge.

) has been going on for a lot longer then NF. Point is that old guild- and allianceleaders have ceased playing and new folks working there behinds off to keep everything in line never received the ‘respect’ or ‘attention’. In the end the downward spiral simply led to the moving away of guilds to other or their own alliances. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it might even be quite an improvement to previous situations. It draws the casuals to a more casually run guild and alliance where people generally tend to play the same way, as well as it draws rvr-type players to similar guilds and alliances. It’s called polarisation (sp?) and is sometimes very necessary.
