Yep that's coz only Excalibur is down --- log in without Quick Login, you'll see Excalibur is down along with Avalon, but all the others are still up & running.

I also hate the fact Albs still have DF, and I logged in my chars in DF hoping Mids would retake it

why should goa inform us whats going on not as if we pay to play or anything. o crap we are paying customers who get treated like shit by the company we pay for the right to play (shuting servers down with 15 mins notic) no explanations as to why there shut down just a msg log out

Game is up but bugged.
Tried to port to housing zone... went back to my character selection screen. Tried to log back in (character was reported still at Gothwaite Harbor) but I got the loading screen, it just never went actually into the game.
Does not have so much to do with the gaming time (was more than a hour though) but with the idea behind it.
We pay, they should inform us of everything that impacts us such as this.
They should post the problem,
When they noticed it, how they will fix it, and when it should be fixed.

Excal is up but very very bugged. I was just in SI when all the mobs and NPCs vanished. There were somes reports that you couldn't see other players either.

Same here. Kicked from horse...no mobs....then players dissapeared and no music... GO GOA yay

Yes, the same happened in the housing zone. NPCs -and- PCs disappeared, plus all spellcasting animations. Eerie, really.

Yep, after a relog I could see the merchants again, but when I bought a horse ticket, and gave it to the npc again, nothing happend (did lose the ticket though). Then I could not /q anymore. It would say each time I moved and would no longer quit... Ctrl+Alt+Del to the rescue.

Nice, they take down Excal and Avalon don't tell us why.
2 hours later servers come up.
1 hour later npc mobs start to vanish.

I don't mind servers crashing or going down - but not to post anything on the front of your Web site is stupidly poor customer service. But typical Goa.
Friend of mine works for A Major Internet Company Also Owned By Wanadoo, and always says that the French employees are lovely, very smart people, but simply do not understand customer service. It's not that they say "fuck the users", it just doesn't even register that things like telling them what's going on is a good idea.

I was mere pointing out the fact that they don't let us know what's happening. For all I know the downtime could have lasted 20 mins or 6 hours. They don't let us know what's going on and that's vewy bad customer service.

I live in France and there's definately a "you're the customer you suck" attitude with most French employees (be it wanadoo or any other french company.) The only one I've never had a problem is amazon.fr and that's prolly 'cos it's run by someone not french. :doh:

It might be my fault...
I would like to start by appologizing to all midgard fellows for this incident...
When i logged my little hunter Comaron on today I had no idea of the bug size id be facing... Everything seemed okay, when i logged on... Then I tried to summon a hunters compagion... All of a sudden everything was gone... I had no idea what to do, so I relogged... This made em all come back... Then I tried for my pet again, and it all happened again... I really dont like the thought of me wiping out an entire server, but I keept doing it and it repeated it self every time. I talked with my guild aliance and they backed it up. everytime i called a pet. Everyting disappered...I tried to contact rightnow but i couldnt get through. I hope they fix the problem so we can all get on with our lives... So sorry to the ppl og midgard... All albs and Hibbies... LOL... That should teach you a thing or two... Never underestimate the north star!
