That also had a template a while back to make a full size catapult. Prob
was, it broke several ordenance laws in 6 countries (Check your local
statutues of law for "Balistic Weaponary charters").

A full size man'o'war is illegal in america and some european countries because it counts as high grade ballistic ordanance i.e if it can smash a truck to bits, it's against the law. However, in england it is perfectly legal, provided you pass the licence to own and operate one. You have to go to london and pile through a ton of paperwork, but last time i checked you could own a full scale medieval seige engine.
