Help Emus and roms

I am looking for a few ps1 roms so I can play them on my phone but the site I used to use seems to have vanished and the sites suggssted by google appear to be full of ebolaaids. Does anyone know of a reliable site? Looked at torrents but the game I want isn't on there, Suikoden.
