Emblems and cloaks....

Does anyone else get peed off by their lovely emblem on their cloaks being obliterated by a useless hood?
If so, is anything being done about it?
And how come keep guards have cloaks that show off these lovely emblems...hopefully coming soon to a merchant near you
(And yes I do know I can wear a hooded cloak, but that doesn't give me horrendously overpowered adds to my stats)

When I first started playing DAoC I had two cloaks ... one non-hooded for when the weather was good, and one hooded for when it rained. I religiously changed them depending on the weather (even during battle ). Now, I don't wear a cloak at all because I got sick of looking at a flat graphic all day and night. Cloaks are so last week.

I can't remember where it was said but sometime and some place we will be getting the option to put the hood up or down... I will try find the place where they mentioned it.
