It seems like Juilia recieved the drop of Shades 3 of 3, and traded it to Lucias, who was part of your group, directly after. Please note that this is not the kind of issue we normally support, it is expected that players can sort out loot distribution with the tools that are already in the game (chat messages, autosplit to leaders and similar).

Yep. That's the way stuff in handled.

It sucks, but if you trade something to someone, it's consensual. That's why there's an 'accept' button at the bottom of the trade window. I can understand that they don't want to get involved in disputes like these. It sucks, yes.

Use /bg treasurer next time, and appoint someone you trust. :/
