Don't send it back to him unless he sends you the money to cover your costs, after all, its not your fault hes wrong. If he doesn't send money, keep it. Its quite legal.

if you get blunteh's V1 in the post, you could probably keep that imo. ;) Well unless he wants to pay even more P&P for something so cheap :)

Edit: P.S. Does the V3 suffer from the same issue as the V1 or has it been fixed? The issue is where if you moved the mouse too fast, the pointer would just go skewiff (in quake2, you basically ended up looking at the ceiling/floor if you turned too quick)...

I always ask for an additional 5% if they chose to pay by Paypal.

Example.

How would you calculate the full price of the item at the end of bidding if you wanted a 5% charge?

(Final Cost of Item + Postage Costs) x 1.05 = Payable.

I'm sick of people sending payment before I give them an invoice. Is anyone else getting this?

If all the charges are clear, I always pay as soon as possible.

If the seller requests I wait for an invoice, or the P&P cost is missing, I wait for an invoice.

What are these people doing? Paying before you've supplied the final cost?

If you don't specify post and packaging costs, how can they pay you before hand?

Earlier on I thought Ignus got mixed up between not specifying post and packaging costs, and setting post and packing costs at £0.00 as a default.

Yeah that was a mistake I unfortunately made twice but haven't made since. people are actually sending payment without me giving them P&P costs, some of them are guessing the final amount and sending payment. I can be late with sending an invoice as my PC access time is evenings and weekends and sometimes I work nights and 2 out of every 3 weekends but thats no excuse.

Could you not make something up and sell it for like $5,000 (a laptop say) and just wait untill they give u the money, and then just keep it without giving it to them?
