the coc doesn't support that camping gives you the right to a encounter or a mob when it spawns. there's a good reason for this too. casual players that don't have all the time in the world to camp spots, encounters or artifacts wouldn't benefit from it.
hence, camping shouldn't be supported by anyone, and if you think you have the right to claim ownership of something just because you're hardcore enough to spend your day camping it, while other people work, you're wrong.
