Noticing big improvements with a fast usb memory stick and readyboost/superfetch enabled under Windows 7 boys and girls, time taken some zone loads have halved. Housing used to take me 17 seconds to load, now less than 8 seconds.

Why don't you all delete the pron and spyware from your pcs and it will run smooth ... Just clean install stuff and it should be fixed. I reinstall windows regularly just to have a clean setup And no i don't work with images as it is useless for me to work with (current updates & patches won't help there).

I quad log regular and even had 8 x clients logged to form guilds

quad loggin is fine, and I've only got 4gig ram
