btw, once yesterday it looked like a stun (prolly some style effect) triggered the aoe. not sure for 5 cents, but it looked like that in the spam of the sys win. dragon stuned, followed by aoe 
I think his aoe is basicly random but that some stuff might give it higher chance to get triggered
