Our network engineers are currently working on ATM link problem. We successfully re-routed traffic so customers should now be able to access most Internet sites, although there may still be some timeout's and "Page Cannot be Displayed" messages.
Access to our web portal may also be limited while we restore connectivity across our network.
We will post a further update later this evening and would again apologise for any inconvenience caused.

2004-06-09 19:51:50 Caching DNS Problems - Update to ATM Link Problem
Our network engineers have identified the cause of the Internet Connectivity as being a problem with one of ATM links.
However we do still have traffic is still passing over our backup links.
At present we do not have an ETA for the resolution, as soon as we do we will post a further update.
