As I have said soooo many times before when you sign up is irrelevant to if you get a spot in the grp setup or not. I pick people based on 2 main things: 1) will the raid succeed and 2) how fair can I be to everyone hence changing a lot of the people each and every raid.

There is no point taking 22 people to kill gjalpi who havent done it before as its not like a simple ml zerg rush as this raid requires tactics so hence the balance between known regulars and new people.

As I write in every single grp list I post I try to be as fair as I can and let people on the raid who havent been for a while or not at all while still keeping enough regulars who know the tactics I use and how to kill Gjalpi. Due so some people having lots of suitable chars they often get on the raid as they have chars for a lot of different spots but I also try and include people who sign up with a single character too.

If you dont like my "fairness" in the way I run raids then I advise you to find them elsewhere and take your attitude with you.

Incase you didn't know, I've attended to atleast 20 DRs so I know what's it's all about. And no I'm not angry because I didn't get into the group, I've been there before when I started to join DRs.
