Btw.. yes, I found the fact that no one managed to pick up the loot funny.. yes, I laughed about it publicly.. Tell me though, how exactly does that make me an elitist powergamer? :/ You're assuming that everyone in SotL and LoE fall under this stereotype? heh.. If it wasn't such a cliché, I'd tell you to get out more :/

I think the moral of this story is that your guild has a number of people who like to put down their fellow Albions AND can't read or comprehend too well :eek:

Anyway, old thread and neither 'side' is listening to the other so for the love of God let it die.

To me it seems like there are no "sides" here..it's a bunch of people who laughed at something you really should be able to laugh at..but then a certain person decided to turn this thread into something completely different..God knows why...

This post has been sorted, everyone had the answers they wanted, the giggle at the funny mishap but still u post, if u stop then they will to.

Clearly you dont want them to stop but yet u talk down to everyone like u are above everyone else (read all ur posts your see u do).
Infact I remember u HATED SotL/LoE when I was in GoP, yet u act exactly like the sterio type that u say SotL/LoE fall under.

Well I agree with your last sentiment whole heartedly. However I have -never- said or posted that I hate Sotl/LoE. However I have read messages in /gu from you and Jenkz criticising both guilds. You leave GoP and join ... Sotl. Seemed kinda strange to people who know you...

Thought it was only meant to be the clerics that needed to disband so they could res and not get aggro from the dragon.. not sure where the order for everyone to disband come from.. Dont remember seeing it come from the people running the hunt.

as Boney wrote earlier in the thread, he put forward the idea in the cg while we were running, as there was no apparent plan, and the hunt organizer agreed that it was worth a try.

so yes. it was the plan :)

I think you'll find that like the epic mobs - rezzing generates agro, reagarless if your int he group or not... at least inside the group you get a vague form of PROT.

Ooh arte posted, time for me to ninja in. Seriously this is kinda lame, but you can't have your cake and eat it.

In anarchy online, unclaimed loot will be available to -anyone- after a certain amount of time. You have no idea how many arguments that starts when someone who wasn't even involved in the raid sprints in and ninjaloots the corpse while the loot rights are being transfered to someone for the NODROP item that came with the kill..

Still undecided on which system I prefer, but I never saw this until now, and it's frankly funny ;)

Oh and all SotL are elitist bastards
