Down with camlan server!!

Gifv a real third English server instead of camlan....so that we, like everyone else can get fully experience from all 3 realms aswell!
(or keep camlan and make one more server, either way works)

cba to look for my trainer on a german server.....what the h... is a valewalker trainer called in german? =P (or whatever class i would like to try=P)

im sure this issue been brought up before this post so excuse me if i just repeat old issues....but i wanna wajn ffs! =P

If they just made it so the text was all on your client so when you play on german server for example its english, that would be ok. I tried to start there before and the hardest bit was not talking to people (most spoke english ) but finding trainers etc and working out what stuff says

YES I DO! if thats the only way to get our 3:rd english server then YES!

with a new english server all the "FG vs FG 1337" ppl can stay on prydwen and the rest can go to the new server. then everyone gets what they want.

the FG ppl can stop freaking out and cry like babys about zergs and the rest of us gets a 3:rd server to play on..

US players get:

'Blue' servers, i.e. standard PvE/RvR servers.
PvP servers (although one got shut down because not enough people were playing PvP).
A co-op server.

Euro players have 'blue' servers and a PvP server, but STILL do not have a co-op server, despite paying a comparable amount in subs.

Closing down Camlann would be very bad - while it has a low population, there's a hardcore of players who love that gametype and it would be grossly unfair to deny them their home. I think Camlann absolutely sucks, but that's just my opinion and the people who love Camlann would probably hate the co-op server I want so much.

Keep Camlann, and add a co-op. It's the only fair way to treat Euro players.

You have a fiar point there I dont think I have ever seen DAoC advertised anywhere.. I just picked the game up in a shop a few years back and when oo this looks intresting never looked back tho.. mabey GOA should try this.. as they might get more money in the long run.. and up the server popultions which have been slowly going down over the past year or so

chaos if you made PvPers RvR

as you all know way to many ppl Flame on pvp. even if you /wave

so take a moment to think. leave PvPers on their own server to war each other.
or Shut the PvP server multiply the anger by 5 and make them all make new charactors on RvR and run around starting fights inside their own realm.

me and my mates all play PvP as main. and when we go to RvR we often find ourselfs close to an arguement over nothing with xpers etc. everythign is settled by actions not words on pvp. ssome ppl liek it that way others dont.

so its a MUST to keeping PvP open imo

Hmm well alot of people prolly never thought of this but...If there's say 600 people on Camlann and 1000 on Prydwen you'd be better off logging on to Camlann since there are more people to group with there...If you don't get the logic just think about it a little...

I wouldnt mind trying to play on a French sever a bit if there was some nice English speakers with me =p It would help alot with my french GCSE anyway.

600 people 2 grp with? pffff u just get wanked on its so boring 2 xp there, tried finding grps but hardly find any. or atleast not when i look but camlanns a great player, so much more fun being able 2 like run along a edge, jump off the end and slam sum 1 or charge at sum 1 in aegir while there nuking u and u just crash through them, but there seems 2 b so much adding and agression there its like omg look a luri, /wave oh, wahts he doin? oh he is casting :O omg im stunned, awww damn luwis. i never wanna start a fight on luris, and its so funny like trying 2 go sumwhere 2 hide till ur timers over and u just get this FAT troll /sticking u and ur just like, darn tootens (usually its a orange con warrior or summit just waiting 2 kill me on my reaver and its fun when i win sometimes)

Make it pay-per play server just add in another subscription option. then those who didnt want to pay more subs wouldnt have 2 and those that wanted it could have it. An extra server and running costs wouldnt be more than 500 + ppl paying another £1 a month now would it.

This does complicate things and GoA seem uninterested in pleasing its customers, if they dont have enough players why dont they advertise etc?

They cba is teh main reason, they provide the bare minimal support to play/support the game, the rest is just easy money in the bank.

nerf camlanns a great place 2 play is what i ment 2 put :< ahhh well.
