DoW Problems (Tech)

Started off not being able to view the loadup and the main menu. To solve it I downloaded the latest ATI drivers and that sorted that out.

However I start a new campaign and all I see are the images of the orcs and the blood legion fighting each other, the scenery all around is black. Started off with Orcs and Humans having symbols flashing all over their bodies.

My System
AMD 2.2 333fsb
1 gig of ram
80gig 166 or similar
9600 XT Ati 256 Ram

If anyone can help as I cant find anything on their website.

Ruddy annoyed only thing that has never worked on the old box.

Try installing the latest version of DirectX (9c afaik).

Aye have that in, I have emailed their tech support and noted on several fan sites that certain ATI cards and AMD chips have general problems.

Hopefully they will pop a patch in otherwise Im looking at expensive mug coasters or a returned game.
