Thanks guys,

Pookie didn't make it she died this morning, we were all together and she was nice and comfy on a folded t-shirt and just slipped away very peacefully. We are both very sad about it but glad that we were all together and had a chance for lots of strokes, cuddles and kisses and goodbyes.

She gave us so many brilliant memories and made us laugh so much that she will be very badly missed but we will always remember her because of how much fun she was.

I know I speak/spoke about the pook an aweful lot during the time she was alive on here and at work, they were all really sad to hear about it even though they never met, but for such a small animal she was a massive part of our lives and had oodles of character and 'tude tbh.

Anyway, as those of you who ever had jeepies will know, one jeepie alone is a sorry state of affairs so we took Errol to get a new friend yesterday (god he was a pain in the arse, sooo picky!) and after several failed attempts at pairing him with 2 more piggies (he was too overwhelmed at the thought of two women in his life tbh) we tried just a single pig.

The first one or two didn't work out and maybe due to him being exhausted or maybe it was a spark of inspiration but we tried him with... what I can only describe as a freeking lunatic (tiny, white with hair that grows in about 3 million directions, huge eyes looks like a manga pig) who is yet to be named as we need to find a name that fits her.

Anyway, the early signs are good (although she seems to have a 'problem' she runs everywhere and only manages to stop by colliding with something (or sometimes by landing in the food dish) there was a bit of chattering and grumbling on his part this morning but this new one is so daft she just pranced off and didn't notice lol

We needed a bit of cheer in the place after last week and she certainly seems like a good source of laughter (was having a cuddle this morning and she just like rolled over, she really is wierd lol even the woman at the rescue centre said she's wierd and they never say that!). When I can I shall post a pic so you can meet her.
