prob cos im used to shit weather etc back home in england and here in australia its warm and no snow in sight not even strong winds :/

ive noticed that i dont feel anywhere near as xmasey as other years


i think its because im slowly starting to realise that the world really is a terrible place full of people who gain pleasure out of others peoples misery.

ive noticed that all around the world people seem to be turning into something terrible

it seems everyday you here about people killing each other and the attitudes of people changing so much that theyre not willing to work a decent life and just concentrate on working and making themselves and their close friends and family happy

in the space of one day today ive heard about bomb attacks, sexual assualt, robbery, murder, abuse, child abduction, neglect, assualt, and other sorts of things which make me lose my faith in humanity actually being worth anything

If you think of it in a religious way (which im not very tbh) then it must be extremely upsetting for people to think that this is the world that the messiah (whatever name you want) made sacrifices for the people on this planet and in the end everyone has resorted back to being animals.

Its no wonder that in these times the figures for aethists is at its highest in nearly 50 years. How can anyone be expected to believe in a god now, if there was one he/she would have wiped this planet away as we really are serving no purpose here except killing ourselves and people we affect every single day.

I will feel x-masy when i finish work for 2 weeks on x-mas eve.
I like to think of xmas as a time to be with your friends and family, i dont believe in god (please lets not make it another one of thse threads) but in reality xmas is just an excuse for companies to make huge amounts of money from peoples stupidity and vanity.

Yay christmas, the time to be surrounded by family with lots of pressents and big meals somebody else who knows how to cook has made with lots of joy and laughter and... and....

think for example of the vast accomplishments of the human race, theres a lot of joy in the world too.
