Looks pretty decent, keeps all the necessary high. Excellent Qui if you're a brit/saracen with no qui in starter points (hits 250 exactly w/buff)
Stats on the Twisted belt seems bit weird, iirc the ones I have are all 4stealth, 12dex, 7strcap, 7dexcap and 2meleespd (and I've got 3 of em). Might be the hib version you put in there. Can recheck stats when servers come back up.
If anything to pick on, maybe find something to pump hitpoints up a tad, but no biggie
Still a pretty generic inf template tho, other than the rare necky and ring, I'd go with it if I had those items

Its a nickname for the current keep situation
Basicly the Mids and Hib can port into Hadrians wall, all the RvR action on the server is in a small area between the Beno bridge and Berks T1

Basicly all 3 realms just need to walk out of the keep for RvR action. Alot of people like this current state (including me) but others don't like it because it chases LOTS of zergs and adds.
