That is a to the point post Damini, even if a paragraph that long on a forum does give me a headache 
I do wonder how long the anti semetic posts can be viewed as a joke before they become offensive. I guess that's in the eye of the beholder, but you can imagine how one tabloid or another getting hold of a, 'Major British Games Retailer Hosts Racist, Pornographic, Internet Discussion Group', might go down.
We have to face the fact that we're posting on a Companies Website now, not some lawless Internet wasteland, and as such will have to accept certain rules.
In my opinion the most important thing is that if there are rules, they are applied evenly across the board, that way you know where you stand.

This place has gone shit... i even notice Leggy has gotten so pissed off and unregistered, and since that day i aint seen him on here, ive noticed very few good people on the forums now, theyve all packed their bags pretty much and gone leaving us with the stale bread and some unfunny jokes
im getting bored of this place, maybe somewhere else would be better... altho i certainly dont wanna leave this place, even if most of you do not like me, because its not you who counts...

Just adding another count to the "Keep Dimebag Banned" side.
I've been around a while and I can only ever remember him trolling in IRC or being way over the top reactionary in the forums.
For someone who's meant to have such a cutting sense of humour it's quite unbelievable that he missed Damini's sarcasm.
This forum and IRC can't be classed as the real world and as such things happen differently but one thing that hurts no matter how it's presented is personal insults.
Not only does Damini's friend (and mine) have a son with Down's Syndrome, I also have an uncle with Down's and so take that sort of "humour" even more personally.
The people that find it hillarious either have no experience of these things or are heartless monsters without a conscience. There is NO "it's only a bit of fun". Save it for the play ground. We're supposedly grown-ups here or at least try and make out we are. Prove it.

This guy sounds like a bit of a cunt to me. Keep him banned, I don't want to see pictures like those you described. I'm not particularly interested in racism either, although I can appreciate racist jokes (show me a joke that doesn't come at the expense of a social group or minority). Racism is just the flavour of the political day.

well I personally don't let anything people say on the internet behind the safety of their monitors bother me, and I defiantly don't take it seriously. It amazes me how some people get so worked up over simple text (or pictures) on a screen from someone you will probably never meet, but then over the last 7 years I have found that when people log onto the internet their IQs drop into single figures .

Oh well that's just my 2 pence worth, I'm not out to win a popularity contest and so don't care what anyone thinks of me, as for this place changing, the only thing to have changed over the last 4-5 months is the maturity of the posts.

Don't nit pick. You're taking ambiguities to the extreme when you know very well what's actually implied. If you don't like it, tough. It's up to the mods to decide what's law around here and there's fuck all either of us can do about it.
Dimebag's been banned before and given second and third chances and he's chosen to ignore the warnings. It's simple. Where's the argument?
If you're too stupid or stubborn to see the difference between a picture of a woman posing in under wear for a mainstream mag like FHM or Maxim and an anime cartoon character shooting lazers from her vagina or someone felching then I think that's pretty sad.
