Usually do not use as much milk - or just water, as my body does not like lots of diary products (lots of farting). But yes peanut butter and oats + some fruit always imrpove a protein shake.
It's my 4th meal usually.
Have 2 eggs and toast / or two toast with cottage cheese for first meal
oats / porridge for 2nd meal
some meats (chicken or fish) with rice and veg for lunch
The secret to weight loss and weight gain is too eat little and often. It's all to do with the amount of insulin your body releases when you only eat 3 meals a day with big gaps between them.
Cokenose, I am very skinny and have virtually no body fat (need to get it measuered again, although it should be well under 10%) and have been eating whatever I like for years now. However I want to bulk up with muscle now, not just be skinny -so the diet has become good, and I feel better.
I read a report somewhere that while you may eat a lot of shite and have no subcutaneous fat, there is a higher chance that it is gathering around the organs instead.
yeah, just because you do not see the effects externally does not mean you are not clogging your arteries up. But you are young, so you've got time to be a pig still.

well tbh now that I am thinking about it; when I came back I weighed 95kg, but I also had only eaten a cookie, and a slice of carrot cake and a cappuccino at the airport. so just that in the entire day after a week of mtb and some walking about Edinburgh.
now I've had a full week of work, eg sitting on my arse, and no sports at all. so I guess I am full of water and poo
