Ok, I need to lose about 20lbs. That is a lot of disgusting fat. Who else needs to lose wt? Stick your fat arse weight down now and return each week with an update, and no bloody cheating!

My weight now - 10st 12lb
My goal weight - 9st 4lb

Russell don't need to lose weight as she is ideal as she is...

im 92kg right now which is about 203 lbs.

I think i have around 5-8kg of extra fat but i intend to loose some muscle aswell. So target weight is around 80kg.

Great stuff. I ain't messing about mind. Going to be recording all the entries in this post in my little black dieting book. Going to be hard work for all - including me.

Whats with the losing muscle wt? What for?

Currently - 9 stone

Goal - 10 stone

Started at just under 8 1/2 stone, so making good progress. Aim is to reach 9 1/2 by the middle of May.

Yes, I realise I am not trying to loose wait, but still.

Damn I just realized I trying to get to your wt as it is now. Mind you I do look a bit rough at that weight. Look a bit rough now come to think of it!

I am 5ft 8 but I want to be one of the best in Wales for road racing in my age group. Fat just slows me down. At nearly 11st I am like a cart horse. At 9st 4lb or there abouts I am like a whippet or greyhound.

Sounds pretty impressive to me. I think we will need some pics to show the ladies - or whoever. 15 stone seems pretty light though for your height. Should be well ripped at 14.

Yeah i wouldn't want to drop below say 90kg's else i'd look ill, I compete at heavyweight so goto be middle of that else I'd get battered.

I'll be joining this as soon as my exams are finished. My weight gain over the last few months is officially pissing me off now. (32 waist is becoming tight, I don't wanna go back up to 34.. But I might have to :()

Went from 11st to (currently) 13 1/2st, due to lazyness.
Target goal is 11st again, or 12 1/2st if it's muscle.

Grrr.

Aye, very much doable. I went from 13 1/2 (is my bodies natural resting weight) to 11 from September to November (middle) so it's very much doable. Just exams/CW etc really doesn't help with the diet. Spent about 2 weeks living off microwave food trying to get a ANSI-C project finished. 3 exams coming up in the next 2 weeks then staying on campus till July I think, so gym/exercise etc. :D

I don't want a pac. I want to be ripped. =< (See: Jason Statham) or just fit enough to run/not die/look good swimming :D

hell, I'll join in. I'm about 5'7" or so and weigh about 95kg. current goal is lose 10kg. I've been telling myself to do it for ages, now I just have to do it. I recommend a once a week weigh in fest say....every friday evening?

They recommend a morning weigh in but Friday evening sounds ok to me. Perhaps we better discuss this a bit further.

I just recently dropped 30kg (from october until december last year). I weigh 78 kg now so perhaps I could join in for about 3 kg more :>

Fuggz you're supposed to weight yourself in the morning as you arn't holding much water retention, and obviously have a duke before :p If you leave it until night you've got all that food and water hanging around which is just gonna come out so not very accurate.

It all goes down hill with age old bean. I was 14 stone around xmas. Now 13.5 stone and I've done nothing but obey my natural body cycle - ie in Winter weight gain is normal, in summer weight loss is normal. I expect around June/July I'll be back down to 13 Stone, which at my age is just about right :)

So are we all in agreement about weighing on Friday morning before brekkie and any fluid intake? May as well start proceedings off from tomorrow then - 17th April.

Sure, 16stone 8 atm, bout 6"2, but then again I do play rugby and go to the gym six times a week. Will try to get down to 16 stone I think.

How about Wednesday? That is the day I run hard with the club so it will be a big help if I have lost weight by then.

I have a scoured the internet for a dieting program but then realized my site already has a program that is ideal. I set it up for my training initially but I only had to add a different category for it to record weight loss. I will manually enter all names from this post to my site and send all the passwords I have used using Freddy's messaging. I can look after the data but once you have your passwords you can alter it yourself. Great little program that enables you to enter your training and monitor your progress. Check out my few entries I have made:
