It was like that when I got here...

My friend has a n Xbox One. She also has Destiny. Now she's connecting her Xbox to the Uni network via her laptop and that works just fine. However when she tries to play Destiny it come up with "Servers Unavailable"
After some research I found what ports need to be open. These follow:
TCP Outbound
7500-17899
30000-40399
TCP Inbound
53, 80, 374
UDP Outbound
53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500, 1200, 1001
UDP Inbound
53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500, 1200, 1001
Now here is a screenshot of her Firewall ports page:
As of right this moment the only ports that aren't open are the TCP Outbound ports because she's only allowed to add 20 rules and I don't know if doing just the beginning and end ports would work. I also don't know if the Inbound and Outbound ports get opened at the same time because I don't know that much about networking.
