Whats the obsession with "winning" an argument, Gorb ? Why can't you just discuss things sensibly and if someone makes a good point have the common decency to acknowledge it. Calling someone names when you can't think of anything useful to say is what my 5 year old nephew does.

A dictatorship is to command without the consent of the people. Controlled voting takes away the right to vote from the people, and as such you are commanding them without their consent.

Of course if you take the pansy meaning expressed by many for a 'dictatorship' then I guess you could argue the opposite but meh.
