Argh! o2 are annoying me.
I renewd my contract with them back in June/July (basicly because its the only network that will work at college so not much choice).
I was supposed to get 200minutes, 400texts and £10 off linerental and £10 credited back so I could have an additional 100 texts making it 500texts.
My billing dates start on the 2nd of every month, normally.
Therefore having lots of free minutes I used a few hours worth of calls on the 30th April and 1st May.
Much to my surprise I got the bill and had only used 60minutes. Then I checked this months bill and its started from 30th so it's now eaten away at this months minutes and last months are in essense wasted.
Then theres the texts. I sent 587 texts last month but was billed £19.07 in texts, which means im not getting my 500texts (and theres no 10 credit back either, though o2 claim I shouldnt even need credit back now as it should just be an additional 100texts I get)
I have phoned several times one person put me on hold and then hung up after about 5minutes, another kind of understood, assured me it was fine, but its really not fine. I'd be credited back for minutes on 30th and 1st if I phoned up in a few weeks, but that dosn't help me now because I can't make any calls for fear of a big bill.
The text thing, god knows how much money they've conned out of me for only giving 400texts a month rather than 500. And the 400 is debatable because this month ive sent 294, and they said I had 6 left.
How am I supposed to solve confusing matters like this? I'm having to chase my bill monthly to query things, which is a right pain in the arse trying to explain things to people over the phone, i'd much rather have a network that dosn't fuck up and gives me a decent amount of texts/minutes
