Hit bonus Low,
Damage Pitiful,

Effect target HINDERED or Slowed....

Which of these is the attack speed reduction to ur oponent in rvr Hindered or Slowed. and what does the other one do, and nerf INFS and nerf 3am relic raids.

Hindered = snare (broken).
Slowed = attack speed debuff (seems to work).
