Bugged Weapon Abuse?

Ok i just arrived at blend it was under attack just as we lost it. minstel (steveirwin) and a fish (anomander) outside

but whats the problem was

Steveirwin attacks you with his anchor
The blow was absorbed by a magical barrier
Steveirwin misses

then next hit

Steveirwin attacks you with his anchor
You are hit for 230 damage
You are hit for 200 damage

now correct me if im wrong but hes a bloody minstrel ?!? and should not be double hitting ..........

nope as you would look first shot one got absorbed by bt and the other missed

he used his DD's also

The 'misses' here refers to the blow that was BT'd, not a follow up.

Can't say anything for sure here, but looks like a sword swing followed by a DD.

Post the real logs so we can actually see the full details then we can probably comment

After 30 levels with bladeturn and you never noticed this before?

And the 2nd damage (200pts thingy) on the 2nd combatround could have been a weaponproc aswell.

The "fish" is a Inconnu and the anchor is a weapon

steve uses exactly the same weapon as i do, a 100% quality 4.4 spd slasher, and its not uncommon to hit for 400+ on cloth wearers when buffed and critting... the melee cap for me when buffed with amethyst slash is 337 or 342 if i remember correctly, so its not hard to get a very good damage bonus with a few levels of MoP

maybe beacuse i dont use much space for the damage stuff and when that blade turn goes im usual mashing the keyboard hoping i hit the debuff and lifetap button and sending pets on dat smelleh fish caster
