I'm trying to find information on somethign I've seen on the telly a few times. They're cylindrical tubes, mirrored on the inside, the top pokes through the roof, with a plastic clear dome to stop water getting in, and the bottom looks like one of those halogen flush lights, except much bigger (6-10 inches diameter).

They're basically used to get more light into a dark room, the trouble is I can't find any more information on them! Anyone got any ideas?

You could try ringing the program up? That would be the best bet. I saw it too, pretty nice.. unless its dull outside :p

They're ten-a-dozen, I've no idea which program it was.

This is where I wish I owned my flat. I get no sunlight into my place and constantly have to have the lights on :( Something like this would be great. Maybe I'll suggest it to the landlord.

Catsby urges restraint when posting such pictures.
The locals will get irate at the fact you have "stolen" it and "calimed it as your own".
