Next rally is in a month, Corsica I think. I've gotta wait for a while to see if they want me to work on the rest this year, hopefully they will. I've got 7 formula one races booked anyway, so I'm pretty much ok if they don't. And I've got a shit load of 'tonight with trevor mcdonald' almost guaranteed this year.

Weather was a bit shit, last year it was -27c, this year it only got as low as -5c, then there was a thaw and the snow went. All the cars lost rear bumpers at some stage. Still, I can't complain - eating bacon butties in the ford service area, and then lunching in the subaru service isn't exactly stacking shelves is it?

I've got the chance to do more formula one, but only in the studio, which is crap, so I'm not gonna do that.

Closest I've got is a road trip with a m8 after uni. finishes this year across Europe... any suggestions oh Learned One? Thinking three weeks, rented car, lots of booze cigs. and women...

Heh heh I don't do that kind of work, they would never be able to afford me, but I did once film a reconstructed female breast after surgery. The results were surprisingly good!

D0lly I would recommend going to Italy, the food is absolutely superb over there, and the women are all petit and beautiful. You could travel out of Italy into Monte Carlo (don't worry, its not that expensive really unless you go into the casino where beer is £12 a bottle). Goto 'stars and bars' in Monaco, very famous themed bar. Then travel north, through the mountains, into France.

Don't go to spain, it smells (no, really, to much industry), and the food is crap. Monaco has to be seen to be belived. It's one of those places you just have to visit

So far I have been to France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, Brazil, and the USA. The USA is easily the best place I've been to.
