CU forum colours?

Hi guys!

Our fearless FH leader Deebs has asked me to look in to a dedicated forum colour scheme for CU. Of course I can come up with something that *I* think is pretty (ooh err, matron!) but I'd much rather align with the actual colours of CU that have already been released in to the public eye.

So, to give me a general idea of what is what, feel free to post or link images from CU to this thread, or if you're really really cool make a mood board kind of thing if you know what I'm talking about and post it. Who knows, I may take your ideas and claim they're my own! Eternal glory!

Tbh, the DAoC theme was brown and I didn't like it.

I think FH has its green theme, and its easiest to stick with that. We could have CU banner or something using concept art/web assets but I dont think we should diversify too far from the FH-Green.

In summary: dark, muted, low contrast seems to be most requested, along with some higher contrast blues / greys / golds to make stuffs noticeable. I'll make it so.

yeah I'm quite inclined to go down that route as it is both cool and falls in to the dark theme that you all seem to be wanting. point is that a generally dark theme will make your display *very* dark imo, but hey ho we'll see

surprisingly....amazingly even, I have actually started doing things. I pulled colours off of the 'Depths' image in this thread and here's some kind of mood setting thing. it's going to be very muted / sea tones tbh. the two colours at the left are experiments for text bold/normal. I'll go mess with the test forum after I inject a gallon of espresso directly in to my brain
