Games Crysis demo on Windows 7 halp

I got a new 24" monitor yesterday (LED backlit jobby from Dell) and I would like to view some eye candy on it. Crysis seemed a good place to start, so I downloaded the single player demo from the web but it's giving me the following error:

It seems to be on 64 bit versions of Windows that return this problem. I ran dxdiag.exe and DX 11 is deffo installed (I'm running on Windows 7 64 bit).

Any ideas?

Maybe it only likes DX10 and not DX11...
