I'm not the kind of person who would act all "righteous" and have a go at someone for smoking, nor was I a pioneer for the smoking ban as such. I'm not sure how I feel about it, sure as a non-smoker it's nice not to be inhaling other people's smoke but I've never had problem sitting next to smokers or just moving to another part of the pub if I don't like it. However the nice statistics about passive smoking were quite alarming, so although I think the ban was a bit harsh, maybe it's for the better.

It has helped, and like i said, as a smoker, you don't mind going outside. Hell, i've one outside all my life for a smoke, there's not much indoor smoking going on around here.

It's helped reduce smoking, and as such, much better hangovers etc.

I just dislike the people who get high and mighty, and who say "we won!" when they fought f*ck all about it.

they were happy enough for 30-40 years in smoke bars, and now that there's a ban, they get all cocky and smart about it.
